OData Service for Team Foundation Server 2010

OData? Si, OData.

Microsoft ha rilasciato una prima beta di OData Service for Team Foundation Server 2010, ossia uno strato di servizi che rende accessibile Team Foundation Server anche ad applicazioni non strettamente Windows.

I web service su cui ‘poggia’ Team Foundation Server non sono documentati ne supportati. OData invece è accessibile da qualunque device o applicazione che supporti chiamate HTTP. E soprattutto, non dialoga direttamente coi web service di cui sopra, ma con l’object model Smile.

Possibili usi? Azure…Smile
