What do you mean with "What do they mean?" ? The meaning is in the context, and is self explicatory!

Anche la tecnica del pomodoro ci metterei in questa lista. Pomodoreggiando rifletti sul tuo modo di usare il tempo e di applicarlo al tuo lavoro. Studi te stesso, la tua capacità di rimanere concentrato su un task per 25 minuti filati. E puoi intervenire su meccanismi che altrimenti daresti per "connaturati".
