Critical thinking and independent judgment over the cult of personality and cult leaders
It promotes scientific skepticism over cargo-cults. It promotes a pragmatic and contextual approach and plurality over simplified and absolute truths and orthodoxy.
It helps to overcome things such as narcissism, self-interest, partiality, bias, cronyism, groupthink, and the likes that can affect individuals, (sub)communities, commercial organisations as well as thought leaders.
