Now we looks at one aspect of organization's culture, at "how things get done here". And we looks at this investigating 2 dimensions that give us 4 quadrants. Here there are 4 quadrants defined by the 2 axes "Reality oriented Vs Possibility oriented" and "People oriented Vs Company oriented". Where you think the company of your culture is positioned?
