The way Scrum works is that it surfaces existing problems and gives everyone an opportunity to solve them.
So when an existing problem is surfaced, it is usually the current major bottleneck for the team or the company . This cause some disagreement and discomfort: people usually have a good reason to do things in the way they are doing now. So it is important to tolerate disagreement and discomfort and to show by example viable and alternative ways of doing things and show the down-sides of the current way. Agreement and confidence will be back!
Scrum has a very small set of rules, still time to time I can find it hard to see the Whys and the Hows of a particular situation. These times I go back to the foundations, and usually I find answers and good tips:
