The first time I experienced an Agile lego game was playing the
Leadership game facilitated by Yves Hanoulle. We have been asked to form 3 teams, we have been assigned a goal, we worked in iterations, and at the end of each iteration we were free to move to another team if we felt we could be more useful there. In other words we have been asked to
Self-Regulate.
Self-regulation is another required element for a well functioning self-organisation.
In other words it means team members having early and frequent feedback in order to perceive the connection between actions and consequences and react and adapt the behavior and the actions as needed to reach the desired goal.
