  • share information instead of retain information as a way to exercise strict control
  • setting goals instead of assigning tasks
  • let people take responsibilities instead of giving orders
  • monitor outcomes instead of controlling tasks/activities execution

Thank you for referring my blog. Indeed, transparency and the lack of it is among the top reasons agile teams face challenges today. Unless critical decisions are made with openness and trust, tactical victories will always remain just that.
