Beh, si parla di "primo passo verso la maturità di un processo", parlando di maturità si presuppone che il processo soddisfi già delle condizioni minime. Inoltre la definizione di un ritmo e quindi anche della tipologia di processo da utilizzare è una operazione che può essere svolta anche prima della raccolta dei requisiti.
