Questa non la sapevo. Un linea di prodotti XE da oracle "free to develop, deploy, and distribute; fast to download; and simple to administer". Manca solo un punto per me di fondamentale importanza: non fa il caffè. Ma mi sembra che per la RTM ce la faranno ;-)
Queste sembrano essere le uniche limitazioni emerse da una breve spulciatina alle faq:
Oracle Database XE is free for runtime usage with the following limitations
Supports up to 4GB of user data (in addition to Oracle system data)
Single instance only of Oracle Database XE on any server
Only uses and executes on one processor in any server
