I say Microsoft release a special EU edition of Vista that removes all of the security features of Vista (even the old ones), as well as web browsing, music playing, notepad, calculator, media center, CD and DVD burning, all third party device drivers, and anything else that has ever been released by anyone other than Microsoft, ever. Then, include a desktop wallpaper that says, “Frustrated? Visit ec.europa.eu. Oh, and use a different computer, because this one doesn’t have a browser.”
