Se passate in QueryString dati codificati Base64...

...ricordatevi di scrivere, prima della decodifica

string goodBase64string = 
    base64FromQueryString.Replace(" ", "+");

altrimenti potreste ritrovarvi una bella FormatException per "Invalid length for a Base-64 char array".
