Solo per la cronaca, sembra che Serge Lidin usi SlickEdit (http://www.slickedit.com/) con sintassi colorata per IL.
Per fare download non cliccare sul menu a sinistra (http://ilide.aspfreeserver.com/realdown-en.aspx - SQL Server does not exist or access denied) ma su quello sopra: http://ilide.aspfreeserver.com/download-en.aspx
