Ecco un tool che bisogna subito installare:
The Microsoft Report a Webpage Problem Internet Explorer Add-on allows the user to submit a report to Microsoft for webpages they believe are having rendering problems, scripting errors, or various other types of problems.
Dopo averlo installato, compare una voce "Report a Webpage Problem" nel menu Tools. La prima volta che viene eseguito compare:
E, una volta installato l'ActiveX si viene rediretti sulla pagina con tutte le informazioni già preimpostate:
Ed ecco cosa succede quando si invia il report:
P.s. certo che dover sottomettere un errore sulla pagina del tool per sottomettere gli errori è molto "ricorsivo"... 
Ma l'header è sballato, e quindi...
