Visual Studio Team System, intendendo sicuramente il Team Foundation Server:

They can not. It is not covered by SPLA so far. And without
SPLA coverage, you are not allowed to offer ANY windows program for
hosting.
Speriamo per il futuro, potrebbe essere uno scenario interessante,
naturalmente dopo aver chiarito "perfettamente" le problematiche di privacy,
security, etc...
