Secondo me quello che c'e' nell'articolo di Spolsky e' vero e cosi' come per quasi tutti gli altri suoi articoli e' vero anche il contrario ...

As per definition, waist training is the process of reducing the size of the waist or contour it while providing appropriate posture to the back. Unlike its predecessors, the compression corset does not have a steel boned structure makings it far more comfy to use.
