Da qualche tempo sto uitilizzazndo come engine wiki interno ScrewTurn Wiki, open source, basato su ASP.NET 2.0.
A mio avviso è molto ben fatto, con una serie di features davvero interessanti e la possibilità di essere esteso mediante plugins, inoltre piuttosto semplice da utilizzare anche nell'editing delle pagine.
La feature più interessante è quella che permette di installare l'engine senza la necessità di avere un sql server (che cmq è supportato come engine di storage), e nemmeno quella di avere IIS. Infatti una delle versioni che possono essere scaricate è quella cosidetta Desktop, che contiene una customizzazione di Cassini. Questa versione è quella che utilizzo sul mio PC come personale knowledge base, accessibile semplicemente dalla tray bar:

"Perhaps the most troublesome of the problems has been a data loss issue caused by Finder, which performs a function on Macs similar to that of Explorer in Windows. In Leopard, when Finder moves a file from one drive to another, it deletes the file from the originating hard drive, without first checking to see if the file arrived safely on the destination hard drive. If anything goes wrong during the file transfer, such as a momentary power glitch on the destination hard drive, the file would then be destroyed on both hard drives."
