Pare che il nome del prossimo Windows (successore di Vista) sara' Fiji. E' l'unica informazione trapelata sul nuovo OS dalle parole di Charlie Owen, che fa parte del team di Windows Media Center. Dopo aver visto il post di Lorenzo, ho cercato un po' di info sulla PDC che si terra' il prossimo Ottobre. Ieri stavo per installare Office 2007 Professional, mi e' scappato l'occhio su MSDN e da ieri c'era una nuova versione "Ultimate" di cui non avevo mai sentito parlare. Praticamente e' una Enterprise per utenti home (ma sono identiche a parte il Communicator...) come spiegato qui: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101635841033.aspx e include tutti i pacchetti, incluso Groove. Installata.
Mi e' appena arrivato in posta l'ultimo numero (n.9) dell'Architecture Journal (mi piace avere la versione cartacea, si puo leggere anche in aereo, etc.). In questo numero gli articoli sono interessantissimi perche' trattano principalmente di Software Factories e DSM (Domain Specific Modeling).
