Msn 8.0.0683

Windows Live Messenger continua ad evolversi...e a sfornare nuove beta. L'ultima release è la 8.0.0683, disponibile ESCLUSIVAMENTE all'interno di Microsoft. E su Google. Non chiedetemi per favore come,dove,quando e perchè: la risposta ve la può dare Google.

Tra le feature veramente degne di menzione c'è la possibilità di scrivere Plug-in Managed! Finalmente potremo aggiungere a Msn la funzione segretaria...

PS: non risponderò a eventuali richieste di invito/partecipazione alla beta. Il programma BETA di WLM è pubblico e aperto a tutti: se siete interessati per favore leggete i miei vecchi post...

Ciao Giorgio,sono molto interessato all'estensione di Messenger, e avendolo installato (Msn 8.0.0683) stavo cominciando a vedere il modello di estensibilità, ma non mi compare la voce "Add-Ins" nella finestra delle opzioni. Si deve abilitare qualcosa? Devo farlo partire da riga di comando? Grazie per le dritte!!

Io non ho dovuto abilitare nulla. Dopo aver installato la release 8.0.0683 quel tab era già presente nelle opzioni.

E' possibile che Wlm continui a fornire -in questa fase di beta- alcune funzioni in modo "localizzato", abilitandole solo in USA/UK/...

In questo caso potete provare a taroccare il vostro account passport. In un post passato (http://blogs.ugidotnet.org/giorgio/archive/2006/02/01/34050.aspx) ho scritto come fare...

L'altro requisito è ovviamente quello che il vostro account sia stato attivato per il Beta Testing di Msn (ciò è stato fatto fino a un mesetto fa tramite inviti).

Ciao Giorgio, ho provato a modificare la home location del mio account. Pur essendo registrato al programma di beta testing (iscritto nei mesi passati), non ho la possibilità d'installare i plug-in. Grazie lo stesso per l'aiuto :) Ciao!
