sorgente per le implementazioni di tutti i 7 provider built-in di ASP.NET
2.0
Today we released the source code for the built-in ASP.NET 2.0 Membership, Role Management, Site Navigation, Session State, Profile, Web Events, and Web Part Personalization providers (basically all of the built-in providers that ship in the .NET 2.0 Framework Redist). You can download them here, and learn more about the ASP.NET 2.0 Provider Model from this site here.
Inoltre aggiunge:
The beauty of the ASP.NET 2.0 Provider model is that it
delivers rich extensibility and flexibility to the built-in productivity
features you get with ASP.NET 2.0.
Se ancora non foste stufi di sentir parlare di Provider
Model, nella 3a parte del corso su DNN che ho scritto per Computer Programming (e
che uscirà insieme all'articolo sui blog) parlo anche io di Provider Moldel, molto
usato anche da DNN, oltre che per Membership, Roles, Profile, anche per gestire
la ricerca, l'editor Rich-Text, l'accesso ai dati, la scrittura dei log,
ecc...
