Express Manager(XM) and the December CTP are available.

Today we have released the first preview version of SQL Server 2005 Express Manager (under the SQL Server 2005 December Community Technology Preview umbrella), a lightweight easy to use tool for managing SQL Server. It is filled with features to simplify, automate, and reduce the complexity of database support and administration. You can download the bits and installation instructions from here. Also, we have a whitepaper and readme detailing more about SQL Server 2005 Express Manager.
