Però se metti ValidateRequest=false allora devi assicurarti di gestire tutti i campi testuali <asp:TextBox> per evitare il code Injection. Nello stesso post suggeriscono HTMLEncode che direi è obbligatorio. altrimenti cose come questa sono il minimo:

<script>alert("ciao");</script>
