Ho usato pure io webservices in modaltià dinamica, ma a me non è mai stato creata la configurazione automaticamente nel web.config

In realtà il titolo dovrebbe essere: "come configurare dinamicamente un client per web services" :-) La chiamata (quindi usare) dinamica la puoi fare con un proxy generato dinamicamente, come proposto qui: http://www.thinktecture.com/Resources/Software/DynWsLib/default.html
