[OT] Un po' di sano esercizio fatto in casa!

Quasi per caso ho trovato questo sito con molti consigli per fare un po' di palestra in casa, senza spendere fortune per le attrezzature (utile anche a chi non ha molto tempo...guardate in proposito il "No Time" chest workout" !)

Ancora non ho avuto modo di guardarlo per bene, ma sembra che i consigli siano piuttosto salutari (sia per il fisico che per il portafogli)!

PS: ci aggiungo anche il mio di consiglio: se volete comprare un po' di attrezzatura, tipo qualche panca e soprattutto i pesi, prima di andare in un negozio date un'occhiata ai giornali dei mercatini locali di merce usata, potreste risparmiare parecchi soldini, visto che tipo i pesi dalle nostre parti vengono venduti ad 1,5 € al KG (e sui siti online non sembrano più economici), e non sono sicuramente a rischio usura!
