        <title>Geobook geo-aware social network</title>

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;   ...Similmente la social network Geobook  unisce in tempo reale le persone che incrociamo &lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 204, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;fisicamente per la strada&lt;/span&gt; con la loro presenza sulle social network&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana;" /&gt;

Ad esempio mentre siamo ad una conferenza possiamo avviare una applicazione sul nostro iPhone, Android, Blackberry o Windows Mobile e grazie al &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;GPS interno&lt;/span&gt; comunicare la nostra posizione a Geobook e scoprire se li ci sono altri colleghi che abbiamo linkato su &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Linked-In&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana;" /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;      O mentre siamo facendo i turisti per caso grazie al GPS la applicazione interrogando Geobook potrà scoprire se in zona abitano amici che abbiamo linkato su &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Facebook &lt;/span&gt;e dirci dove trovarli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana;" /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;     O la sera al Club e in Discoteca grazie al GPS il telefono collegandosi a Geobook potrà dirci se ci sono ragazze nel nostro stesso locale iscritte a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 255);"&gt;Meetic&lt;/span&gt;, guardare la loro foto, mandare un messaggio, accettare un invito nel giro di secondi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana;" /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt; Quando si affronta un tema, si analizza una questione, nella pratica ho imparato che i team agili generalmente hanno la tendenza a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-weight: bold; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;valutare apertamente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt; idee e opinione differenti dando ad ogniuna la medesima &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-family: Verdana;"&gt;dignità&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;, cercando di evitare  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-weight: bold; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;preconcetti &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;nei confronti di qualcuno o di qualche idea e possibilmente senza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-family: Verdana;"&gt;deferenza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;nei confronti di una tesi o di chi la espone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana;" /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt; C'è &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-weight: bold; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;partecipazione &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;volontaria e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-weight: bold; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;auto-organizzazione&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;  e la cosa mi sorprende sempre un po', più di quando mi sorprende l'approccio classico basato su &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-family: Verdana;"&gt;autorità &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 255); font-family: Verdana;"&gt;gerarchia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana;" /&gt;

Quando nel mercato qualcuno riusce a ridurre i tempi di consegna i concorrenti si adeguano per recuperare il vantaggio competitivo oppure ... &lt;br /&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Nel 1971 la&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(153, 204, 0);"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 255);"&gt;Federal Express&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; ha introdotto le consegne overnight dei pacchi. Anche la L.L.Bean si è adeguata e nel 1980 ha introdotto le consegne in giornata mentre la Sears Catalog non lo ha fatto ed è uscita dal mercato&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Nel 1980 alle marche giapponesi di auto come &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Honda e Toyota&lt;/span&gt; bastavano 46 mesi per ideare e realizzare un nuovo modello mentre a quelle a americani come GM servivano 60 mesi e hanno rischiato di uscire dal mercato sino a quando non hanno colmato il gap&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;La &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dell &lt;/span&gt;per ridurre i costi di obsolescenza dei computer già assemblati e in giacenza in magazzino ha cominciato a assemblare ogni computer solo dopo l'ordine e cosi riesce ad assemblarlo e consegnarlo entro una settimana&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;1 check-in ogni 2-4 ore&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;1 integrazione ogni check-in o 2&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;rilascio ogni 1-2 settimane&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;planning (spike/crc/stime) ogni 1/2-2 settimane&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
raggiunte applicando le &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 255);"&gt;pratiche di coding agile&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="color: rgb(0, 153, 255);" /&gt;
